As a merchant, I have traveled among hundreds of different people. As an herbalist, I have been recognized by the governors of three separate districts. They knew what you will soon know: that my skills vary in kind but are uniformly efficient and eminent among those of my profession.

Yes, I am a merchant. I travel around selling wares that range from teas that heal and poison to magic charms. But I am more than that. I know people and what makes them tick. I can connect with them and bring out the best in them. Or the worst, but I usually shoot for the former.
I don’t have magic or fighting skills, but frankly, I haven’t needed them. What I could use, according to some people, is self-control and maybe a dose of humility, but I have yet to encounter a charm or a tea that can give them to me. Perhaps like I learned how to read herbs and people over time, so I will learn how to stop being so stubborn and self-sufficient. Time will tell.
